OMG!! I'm totally drained. Reached home at 9.40am. Left house at 8.30pm the previous day. Although I'm so tired, I suddenly feel this urge to blog!
Met up with Xuan, Grace, Sharon, Zhi Xiang and Sean for prata at bukit timah! To Grace's and Sharon's dismay, the place did not serve tissue prata on Fridays and Saturdays! You should've seen Grace's and Sharon's look!! Sharon came all the way down from Alujuined just to eat the tissue prata!! Grace gave the "totally disappointed" look!! In the end, Grace settled for a banana & a cheese prata while Sharon had a cheese prata. When Sharon took her first bite of prata, her thoughts were like " I came all the way down just to eat some sub-standard prata? ". It was HORRIBLE!! I had nasi goreng ayam which was SUCKY!! So disappointed with the place!! =(
Left for Breko at about 11pm? Lost track of time then but we reached the place at 12am in the morning!! Played a super dumb game of bluff and everyone was like really bored!! Desmond, Qing Yang and CFC joined us shortly after we reached, followed by Angel, Amanda, Jingwen and Glenn(Amanda's Fren!). However, not long after they arrived, the girls went off for some "girl talk" and the guys were like: " Erm....can we go home now? " After some time we decided to call the girls back so Sean and myself went down to find them talking outside Breko...No girls = boring ritez? Played daidee...then after like 2-3 games, Xuan, Amanda, Jingwen, Sharon and Glenn left the place.
Sean, ZX, Angel, Grace and myself just hung around playing some daidee and talking the usual crap with Sean entertaining us with how crappy he can get!! Hahaha!!More crap later, the word "BANG" came up in a conversation. Here's a gist of what happened.
{Grace}: [Some Guy] "BANGED" me on the way home about a lot of stuff.
{Angel}: Then why don't you "BANG" him back?
{Grace}: Yah Hor!! I should've "BANGED" him back!
At this point, the guys were like: Huh? Is this how girls use the word bang? We were laughing our heads off at this point in time.
In crude terms, "Bang" means to F*** someone. ( In case you still didn't know what it means)
Girls are weird. Or maybe it's too much porn for the guys.
Sean, Desmond, Qing Yang & CFC left at aprrox 3am? My mind was a blur during that time. And now it was just the 4 of us. Angel, Grace, ZX and Myself laid sleepily on the couch playing bridge...After a while we just started talking again instead of playing...Something about how life was like in the army... We finally left Breko at 5am and headed over to a nearby kopitiam for some kaya bread and teh! My hunger was satisfied for the moment. Angel was totally knocked out after the bread and milo. Actually we all were kinda tired except for GRACE!! She was still bubbling with energy and keeping us awake! You will never imagine how much this girl is capable of!! It's 7am and Angel can't take it anymore so she hails a cab, while the rest of us took a walk to Crystal Jade for some morning tim sum!!
By 9am I'm beginning to see things. Or rather Zx and Grace think I'm seeing things although I don't think I did!! I really saw an old man wearing a crystal jade polo-t ok?? That's why I asked whether that old man could bring us the bill!!
I don't believe Grace still has the energy to go out after spending the whole night out!! She's still meeting her ACJC friends!! Or maybe I'm just getting old! Arghhh...but I'm only 21! How can this be?? Ok I need to sleep now...Zzz....
Weeeee!! I'm back from school and I must say I really enjoyed the day today!! It was a a bit sleepy in the start hearing the that Mrs Meena droning on and on about math...I think the entire lecture was like bored to death cuz the topic was differentiation!! It's like A math stuff so yeah...most of us knew our stuff i guess!! Then there's this hot girl in my math class...Noticed her since day 1 she seems nice and her dress sense is good! But no chance to talk to her yet cuz I don't know anyone around her....Actually got lah...but it's from the one day OG...which I don't know anyone from it!! ARghhhhh!!!! However, some good news is that Damien got her name cuz his friend is interested in her! Her name is Valerie!! What a nice name!! I think it suits her very well! Kekeke!
Lunch Sucked!!!! Bad choice of going to Ngee Ann Poly for lunch cuz it was a rather long walk...Or I'm just lazy!! Don't EVER eat the Katsu Don there cuz the rice is so hard and they put so much sauce into the rice!! BAD BAD!!
IBM after lunch and I was thinking to myself: " Another boring lecture by Nageb..." But I was so wrong!! I was kept awake throughout IBM by Jingwen who came in ONE HOUR LATE!! And still dare to make so much noise!! Lecture starts at 1pm, she comes in at 2pm.
15 mins after she came in: " Hey? When's the break? I'm soooooo hungry!!! "
20 mins after she came in: " Hey see this pic my friend took of me? Soooo artistic rite? "The only artistic thing about it was that her cleavage was showing!! Artistic? Maybe.
30 mins after she came in: " PoCKeY!!! " Then she starts taking photos with her hp! AND eats pocky in class.
After the break, I changed seats with Grace cuz I couldn't concentrate at all with her disturbing me throughout the lecture!! But by doing so, Grace lost all her concentration and began talking to JW!! Hah! Lucky for me I could concentrate a bit lah...But by 3.45pm, my brain was saturated with information and I couldn't concentrate either!! I just thought of going home!!!
Today I finally found my motivation to study hard and I managed to concentrate through out all lessons unlike my bro who kept thinking about who knows wat. Tmr we're going for PRATA at Bukit Timah!!! Then after that going Holland V to play cards! <== Grace's Idea!! Who's free come join us k? Then we can have talk cock session!!

Due to the overwhelming response I'm getting from my friends about how untruthful I was about my previous post I'm going to reveal my thoughts about how the whole Night Cycling Trip was a failure. But anyway I wasn't untruthful...those were the facts just that I left out some "bad" parts of the trip...And here we go!!
The trip. It was horribly planned I must say. But before you start criticising me and telling me who I am to say all this about the planners let me tell you some history about myself. I've gone through my first Round Island with my sch PJC in 2000. 110km. I did 2 more R.Is with my friends in 2002 before I enlisted in the army. 120km each. Helped a grp of Ngee Ann Poly students with their Night Cycling Trip too in 2002. 70km. So now that you know I'm experienced in cycling matters i shall start my ranting.
First and foremost the organisers should have thought everyone HOW TO USE YOUR GEARS. This is the most basic and w/o the use of gears, pple suffer a lot when they cycle upslope and downslope. When pple suffer, their endurance level drops and are unable to go further. The amount of distance they can cover thus falls and this affects the entire group.
What is the point of putting us in groups if u want grp 1 to wait for grp 4? Doesn't that defeat the purpose? The POINT of putting us in grps is so that we do not need to wait for one another. Throughout the entire trip we were practically stopping every 30mins or so just to let the "rear enders" catch up. Grp 1 was always in the front and I bet they'll feel damn frustrated as it really destroys their momentum they have built up. Imagine going at 20km/h down the slope only to stop at the bottom of it to wait for the rest. Momentum goes from like 100 to 0. Get it?
How could this be done better? Simple. Have pre-determined "wait" points along the entire route. So grp 1 has 2 leaders rite? First man, last man ensures that the entire grp reaches the "wait" point safely before waiting for the rest. The points could be like at areas where there is a lot of space and wouldn't hinder traffic movement. INSTEAD, we were stopping like almost anywhere whenever the leader felt like it? Like at a bus stop? Imagine 50 bikes at a bus stop. And the road was like only 1 lane. Silly.
Girl falls down. I dunno how. We were just cycling along the curb when i see a girl fall down like flat on the ground. How in the world??! Wait wait wait wait wait. Girl comes along finally with her boy friend. Stops at the back of the line. For goodness sake u're already SLOW and u still wanna stay at the back?? U'll just be slowing everyone down!! BOY FRIEND = TOTALLY NO INITIATIVE U IDIOT!
Extra guys who bring their own bikes and have problems of their own. Like to stay at the back too and keep quiet. These guys piss me off I tell u! First of all u bring ur own bike and now u can't even fix ur own damn bike?? You bloody NOOB!! And because of ur problem with ur bike u make the entire grp wait for u. Thanks a lot. 2ndly u stay at the rear of the grp thinking "Why are these pple so slow? We could've completed this by now...." But it never did occur to them that they could've actually played a part in helping the grp move faster by teaching those who do not know how to change their gears. ZERO INITIATIVE.
Leader cycles from the front to the back to ensure everyone is alright then cycles all the way to the front again. Waste of energy?? OF COURSE!! Your main job is to ensure ur group is alright. NOT the ENTIRE grp. IF there are any problems among the grps, grp leaders settle among themselves first. IF unable to do so, contact Theophane. Instead u see him cycling back and forth a couple of times. By 2.30am, he's shagged out. Poor guy.
Safety van should always be behind to protect the cyclists from speeding cars. Have a big sign that says "BEWARE CYCLISTS IN FRONT". And wassup with those pple who cycle on the RIGHT of u and keep yelling "KEEP LEFT KEEP LEFT!!" YOU're the one cycling on the right and telling ME to keep left? Brains left behind somewhere huh??
Ahhhh okok enuf ranting. OVERALL I must still say it's a job well done by the organisers cuz not everyone can plan a Night Cycling Trip. Kudos to them!!! =) Rating for the Cycling: 5/10 Rating for the Chalet with ****** : 5/10 Rating for the Chalet w/o ******: 8/10
Point to take note: This was how, myself, as a participant of the event felt. Yes yes some stuff may not be wat it seems but that's how it was seen nonetheless. Dun hate me for it. And like I said in my earlier post I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Chill dudes!!
Woooooo! I'm finally back home after 2 days!! I must say I really enjoyed myself!! One of the best BBQs i ever had!! Food was great!! Atmosphere great!! People great!! Fantastic!! And now let's start the story telling...
I'll start on Friday!! Rain rain go away!! "Showers over many areas in the early till late afternoon." Damn rain. Must pray hard!! I knew the rain would stop for us once the cycling trip began and my faithfulness paid off!! It stopped before i reached East Coast Park! But the trouble was getting a cab to ECP!! Even though i met up with
Annie, Adeline and Des to take a cab at 6.30pm, we only GOT INTO the cab at 7.15pm. Our meeting time was like 7.30pm at ECP and here we were still in Clementi!! We're gonna be sooooooooooooo LATE!! On top of that the weather, being wet and all made the traffic terrible!! It was practically jammed all the way from AYE to Fort Rd. When we finally reached at 8.20pm we realised that we were not the latest group to arrive so thank goodness!! If not so paiseh can? EVERYONE waiting for u! I'll now move into a time mode for the rest of the night!
2100hrs - Finally got our bikes. Taught some girls how to check their gears and stuff, didn't want them to suffer
2200hrs - Set off to Lagoon for a snack but we ended up ordering quite a lot of food thanks to Shihui(did i get her name correct?) who bought us lotsa chicken wings!! Too much food too little time!!
2230hrs - Set off for Changi Village!! Flooded path made the progress slow. Some guys had problems with their bikes...I personally found them irritating and slowing the group down although they were supposed to be "PRO". These guys brought their own bikes, don't know where they came from though.
0000hrs - Reached Changi Village safely and a tad bit muddy. Nasi lemak supposed to be good but not much time to eat. Lent my seat cushion to Annie cuz i couldn't fit it over my seat! Hence wasted my effort of bringing it but at least Annie's butt had a nice soft cushion to ride on! Where's my treat ANNIE?
0100hrs - Left for Bedok and immediately a small accident happened with one of the girls from grp 2 or 3 falling off her bike. Standing still also can fall off...zzz...Ok I won't luff at others. Continued on a bit more only to stop at a bus stop to wait for the girl who fell.
0200hrs - Reached Bedok finally after countless stops!! I lost count already!! All the girls seem to be tired and shagged out. However some girls still have so much energy!! They were buzzing with energy talking as much as they can as if if they didn't talk they would die!! Ahahha! ok lah dun insult them wait they read this I'm dead!! But I admire their energy!! Being young is good!! The "Ba ChoR" mee wasn't that great.
0245hrs - Time to set off! Theophane looked pale. A little after we set off towards "Lavender" many pple were having problems. Sharon looked extrememly tired! So did Shihui but when u asked them if they were ok they said "YES I CAN DO IT!" but their looks said otherwise. Anyway Sharon went up the van halfway cuz she really couldn't make it anymore! Xuan came down, she looked much better than earlier. Bing Tian seemed to be strugglin through out the trip and i was curious how come a guy was having so much problems...At first I thought it was gear problems but just as I solved his gear problems i realised his tyre was flat! NO WONDER LAH! So Duh! 3 hours of cycling and lotsa stops later....
0515hrs - Cycling along Bedemeer then some girl jammed her brakes, fell down, hit a lampost on her head. Seemed serious at first but later found out it was actually nothing. Jingwen looked like hell man. Wished I could help her in some ways but I knew there was nothing I could do.
0545 hrs - Reached a canel. Shag man! I was so tempted to sleep but i knew once I fell asleep I wouldn't be able to get up again! "ENERGY GIRLS" were still talking away! Hung around till God knows what time...
0700 hrs - Eugene came along and said we're going back to ECP! Everyone cheered up a teeny weeny bit!! And YES! We were finally going back!!! Pavement all the way back to ECP! Saved some girl from cycling across a red light somewhere near ECP. Somehow i knew something was going to happen so i stopped at that traffic light instead of going on and sure enough, it happened. Had I not been there i think the outcome would've been... disastrous? Maybe.
0800 hrs - Reached ECP and I was EXTREMELY HAPPY!! I cycled all the way back from the start of the park all the way to the bicycle kiosk! Finally I could go at my own pace! The freedom was great!! Caught up with Aveline and chatted with her a bit. I'm amazed she's so strong! She can tahan all the way loh! Zai! Other girls who were strong: Grace, Vong, Wee, Adeline, Annie, my grp girls and those ENERGY GIRLS! OMG! POWER SIA!

1400 hrs - Awoken by the growling of my stomach. I got up and saw 2 guys and 2 girls sleeping together on the bed. Weird. Was abt to walk outta the room then i saw this girl in pink staring at me. I'm like WTF? Why pple keep staring at me? I know my legs sexy lah but...dun have to keep staring rite? I went down then came up to wake des but he still zzz....then on the way down she stare again loh. I wanted to know who she was cuz pple keep staring at u, u also wanna know rite? So i went up for the 3rd time to wake des up and I stared at her this time. It was AVELINE! That pig still act cute and cover her face! OMG OMG ACT CUTE GIRL!!
1700 hrs - Sleep time again hahahaha! I'm a pig yes I know!
1900 hrs - Start of BBQ!! WOOOoo! Came back from a walk just in time!! Food all ready for us to eat!! Muahahaha! Smart rite? Yum yum chicken wings!! When half the grp left to watch tv the rest of us went to make the food loh...not bad lah quite fun! Kekeke!

Ok i finally found out the details about the SG Idol Wannabe: BANANAMANaka Sheng's Cousin!
Just to inform everyone who has been asking so much abt him!!
This guy went on sg idol and made a fool outta himself in a watermelon mask but due to the banana-like hair he became known as Bananaman. Btw, his mask was handmade by his mom(and also my aunt) so let's give her a pat on the back for making such a fantastic mask!! *Cheers!*
Anywayz, SG Idol has 2 panels of judges. First being the mediacorp judges who will see whether or not this wannabe actually has the ability to sing or perform. Only upon passing this set of judges will they proceed to the 2nd panel which are as seen on tv! The thing is that Bananaman never made it to the 2nd panel!! And the whole "hoo haa" about Bananaman was just a publicity stunt! They actually filmed him going in to do his banana song, cut the portion of the judge saying: " You either take off your mask or get out of here!" and then patched the scene of him walking out of the room. The judge's comments were meant for someone else, not him so whatever u read i guess it's true! His mom was pretty upset that mediacorp had done something like this but the problem was that he had already signed a contract so there was nothing they could do! Btw, the portion where he stood up to "entertain" the audience, it was Gurmit Singh who told him to do so he didn't do it voluntary!! And yes, the part about him saying that he would only take off his mask if he got into the finals is true. So that's it for the Bananaman story!

OMG! OMG! I hate this time of the year!! It's the wateva festival and i don't know who these pple are but they like to burn paper money and jossticks during this time of the year? Went for the odac meeting after that where they splitted us up according to our groups for the nite cycling trip coming up on friday. I was supposed to be in"NoisY GeR's" group at first but last min changed to another grp! At first i so happy hahaha get to be with so many girls!!SONG!!! Then in the end i changed to another group I also LL..but cmon man! Making friends more impt!! Tmr i go find them during Soci lecture make friends hahaha!
Anyway i just got back home from swimming!! Swam 18 laps today...was too tired and lazy to swim the remaining 2 laps hahaha! Met an old odac friend from PJC at the Clementi Swimming Complex! She's MUCH slimmer now man! But still as tanned!! Heard she's married leh hahaha shotgun!! Sssh...wait let pple see i die! Dun spread horz!! Today was a long and cloudy day for me...A constant dark cloud seemed to follow me wherever i went. I spend the entire day at home today, didn't have the mood to go out or even play my games. My mind was a constant haze and i was practically in a daze... Mood: really sad, sighz. I slept at 3.45am in the morning only to be woken up by 8.30am. I couldn't sleep well after what happened, but one thing for sure this crush of mine is gone! Yes bro, gone liaoz...serious. In place of it came emptiness. Anyway hope things are for the better now, my OG was supposed to go JB this wed but due to a lot of unforseen circumstances it will prob be cancelled, one of the reasons is that i'm too lazy to go update my passport. Tried to study sociology but nothing could get into my head today and i fell asleep...i promise i'll do my work tmr! No more distractions for me!
My parents are away in Bangkok enjoying themselves! What a loving couple at such a old age! Hehehe! But that means no dinner for me so i ended up going hawker centre!! I'm going to lead a healthy lifestyle from now on!! No more fried stuff!! I really need to go chill out if not i'll really go mad!! Woo! Finally back from Suntec! The Spook Show was quite a good evangelistic show today for the $8 i paid! I thought it was great that people actually went up for the altar call today to recieve Christ into their lives! Today i learned more about girls and how they feel and stuff! A close girl friend(not gf pls) of mine told me i'm very biased vs girls and so does my bro...ok lah i'll try not to be biased and stuff but sometimes u just can't help it! Anyway i'm going to be not as biased as i am from now on....i'll try not to at least! I spent last nite reading thru Mullins and the study guide for IBM and i'm totally blur....it seems that i'm reading the same stuff over and over again and i just can't seem to concentrate! Something keeps bothering me at the back of my head...i wonder what it is...I'm going to need some motivation to start studying hard in SIM but the babes here are just too HOT! Ok i promise that i won't spend too much time on this blog but i'll find a suitable skin which matches my mood first and get everything up and running before i go into hardcore studying! Give me some time to get used to this blog thingy first k? That's all for tonite!!
Hehehe! This is the first time i'm writing a blog leh! Thanks to Aveline who ask me to go find create one. I recently read in the computer times that pple are crazy about blogs so i guess it was time for me to find out wat blogs are all about! Today was a blaRdY long day! MatHs was a BORE!! The lecturer was like going thru emaths stuff....i was like sitting in the lecture not concentrating at all maybe thinking abt someone kekeke! dun tell u who! Anywayz today first time i talk to Aveline! I was supposed to meet her to go lecture together end up i was late! Bleh! Must apologise for that! She still book like 7 seats with all her items strewn over the table to "reserve" the seats for us! So farny! Guess who sat behind me again today! But since this is my first blog u wouldn't know who i'm talking abt except for closer friends!! I think i was a little mean today lah...cuz i told her kinda direct that she was rather noisy during our last soci lecture when she sat behind me! She gave me a "look" i may have been too direct! Woops! Sorry le i very direct one when it comes to certain stuff! Today when i went to collect some textbooks from Chloe i went past some odac pple and again for like the umpteenth thousandth time they like started pointing at me!! * They pointed 4 a reason but I'm not going to say * Then someone asked me if bananaman is really my cousin! Yes he is! But i must tell u guys i'm not close to him in anyway cuz he's like those kinda rich kid who has everything he wants! He's a spoilt brat to me if u ask me! Hahaha ok i better stop for today too long sia update u guys next time! Time to get into the mood of blog writing! =)
